Issara brings over 20 years of hospitality design experience to La Vie Hotels & Resorts. Beginning her hospitality design career in Los Angeles, Issara has worked on a diverse range of projects across the US in renowned hotel brands including MGM resorts international, Hyatt, The Venetian and Hard Rock Hotels. As a Senior Project Architect and Designer, she was assigned as the on-site project supervisor for The Star Hotel & Casino and The Darling hotel in Sydney, sparking her desire to expand to Australia.

After re-locating to Sydney in 2018, Issara joined Crown Resorts as a Design Manager. In this role she managed the design and construction of Crown Sydney development in conjunction with the senior management group of Crown Resorts and consultants. 

Issara has consistently showcased her ability to manage complex projects with precision and excellence. With a diverse background and extensive knowledge of design processes, construction, and hotel standards, she is well equipped to provide both domestic and international clients with technical services advice.
