La Vie Hotels & Resorts continues its growth in South Asia with the appointment of dynamic management professional Kristofer Quadros as Cluster General Manager, Sri Lanka.
With more than 25 years of management experience across the globe including Maldives, Dubai and Indonesia, Kristofer’s new position sees him responsible for managing the strategic performance and operations of Radisson Hotel Colombo, Radisson Blu Resort Galle and Radisson Hotel Kandy while managing more than 500 staff across the three properties.
Utilising his extensive experience and leadership mindset, Kristofer will be focussed on expanding owner returns in his new role while driving significant growth, forging new relationships in key source markets and tapping into emerging and growing segments across the region.
Prior to his appointment, Krisofer spent time as General Manager, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa and Cluster Hotel Manager, JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai in addition to managing the pre-opening of several luxury hotels and resorts in the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia and India.
